I have been writing about music for newspapers and magazines for three decades. I've been fascinated by rock music since I was a kid, but I am open to almost any genre. My favorite band is Radiohead. My most memorable concert experiences include the performances of Pink Floyd, Iggy Pop, Pearl Jam and U2 in the 1990s and the street fado festival in Lisbon's Mouraria district, which I happened to attend in 2013. But of course, I firmly hope that the greatest live music experience is yet to come.
