L-Acoustics to Feature Spatial Audio at Amsterdam Dance Event

The French manufacturer L-Acoustics will host a series of immersive audio panels, demos, and listening experiences during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2024, October 16-20. The visitors will have a unique opportunity to experience the future of sound and music production and engage with industry leaders, artists, and innovators in spatial audio.

The event will feature panels and listening experiences designed for artists, producers, journalists, and music enthusiasts. On Wednesday the 16th, the visitors can enjoy a session called "Spatial Audio – An Artist's Journey," and have a chance to explore the challenges and triumphs artists face when sharing music in immersive environments. This panel will include performances from Jon Hopkins, Daniel Avery, and Max Cooper.

On October 17, the "FULL CYCLE" concert series will showcase the latest news in sound innovation, allowing visitors to experience 360° sound environments at The Other Side, an Amsterdam venue known for its advanced audio capabilities. This unique event will also take place on October 18, along with a panel discussion titled "The Future of Festivals – Make Mine Spatial," focusing on enhancing festival experiences through immersive sound.
