Rabea Massaad Becomes Music Man's Company Player
A few months after British guitarist Rabea Massaad announced his departure from Chapman Guitars, the company owned by his friends Rob Chapman and "Captain" Lee Anderton, the talented player and popular YouTuber revealed that he was going to become one of the faces of the company Ernie Ball Music Man. Massaad has been particularly fond of the Music Man's new Sabre series, and according to some reports, this model could also be the template for a new signature instrument.
The renowned Californian manufacturer, who has worked with Albert Lee, Steve Lukather, John Petrucci and Steve Morse, has only confirmed that Rabea Massaad is working with Music Man guitarists on a new model. According to the company, the as-yet-unnamed guitar will offer "unique designs that are specifically engineered for Rabea’s playing style". Given Massad's diverse repertoire, which combines different genres and types of instruments, we can imagine almost anything under this somewhat vague statement from the company. So prepare to be surprised.
