Tunerette: a Bit Different Clip-on Tuner

Tunerette Original is a clip-on tuner whose design may have been inspired by guitar veteran Dave Hinson's famous photo of Eric Clapton with a Stratocaster with a smoking cigarette stuck in the headstock. With the aforementioned tuner resembling a classic cigarette, however, you won't risk burning the instrument's lacquer and, in today's hyper-correct times, even the possible intervention of stage security. The Chromatic Tunerette, unlike most other devices of this type, is designed to be placed behind the zero fret under the bass string so it can actually look like a lit cigarette when seen from a distance.

Measuring about 9.5 x 2 x 1 cm and sold in a box evoking a pack of classic Lucky Strikes, the model has a vertical colour display, auto shut-off and is powered for 6 hours of operation by a Li-Ion battery rechargeable via a USB-C port. The top of the "cigarette" lights up red when the remaining cell capacity is enough for the last 20 minutes or so of tuning. The tuner, including the USB cable, costs about 50 dollars.
